Software Engineer

Our development department is the engine room of our business, where the creation, manipulation and presentation of our customers' Web analytics data is consistently being improved and enhanced. As the right candidate for the role of Software Engineer you will have many years of experience in Web-Controlling and Web analytics and in particular, a technical understanding of platforms used for "Web Process Intelligence".

Your responsibilities:

  • continued development of our PHP-based Software for Web controlling, Web analytics, server and process control
  • technical conceptualisation and documentation of new modules
  • consultancy and customization work under the direction of a WiredMinds project manager

Your profile:

  • you will have a degree in a technical or computer science discipline along with many years of work experience in the Internet/IT arena
  • you will have an excellent understanding of PHP and other relevant programming languages (JSP/Java, ASP, Perl, etc.)
  • you will possess a well-rounded knowledge of databases and SQL
  • you should be very comfortable working with HTML, JavaScript and CSS
  • it would be preferable for you to have skills in both XML and AJAX
  • you will have some experience with CMS systems (TYPO3, contenido, etc.)
  • you will possesss a very good knowledge of Linux
  • it will be advantageous for you to have some experience with SAP
