WiredMinds places high priority when it comes to data protection or security. Already since 2007 we check regularly our software solution according to the compliance of the data protection laws. Our customers can therefore be sure to fulfill all laws and policy requirements of the TMG (TelemedienGesetz) and all recommendations of the "Düsseldorfer Kreis" by using WiredMinds solutions and that no personal data is saved. We have checked this again in 2010 by "TÜV Süd Informatik und Consulting Services" as an independent auditor.

The servers of WiredMinds are operated in Germany and are equipped with very high standards of safety. As an application service provider (ASP) we guarantee data protected association with you data. Our employees have no insight into personal data given by the customers and do not provide any information to third parties – we manage your data save. Data that has been collected by WiredMinds for the customer, belongs to the customer.

WiredMinds gives precedence to the compliance with the European and German laws and policy requirements in the handling of personal data while providing services. This also includes the announcement of how WiredMinds operates with personal data. Please refer to the safety hints and read about data protection at WiredMinds. All our employees are trained regularly in the confidential handling of data.

Recommendations for our customers

We want to refer our Customers, who want to use our analysis of visitor´s behavior on websites, to the secure and confidential handling of this data.If you want to use the "web bug technology" on your website to collect visitors information you should place the according safety hint in you website to inform your visitors.

Why do I have to deal with data protection?

In general, WiredMinds is not working with personal tracking data! However it is not technically avoidable to transmit the IP address. There is a final judgment that the IP address is accepted as personal data! That means that as soon as you use the Internet (also through a web server!) there is a theoretical possibility to get in contact with personal data! WiredMinds therefore veils the IP address and ensures that our end customers are not getting into data protection law problems. All visitors data are made absolutely anonymous and unidentifiable by our software – the reference to a single person is therefore technically impossible!

General safety hint for our customers

WiredMinds offers the ASP solutions for all hosted server systems in Germany. We guarantee to fulfill all German and European legislations with high standards by providing our services. We feel responsible for a good handling of files in general and especially with personal data.

We account to the compliance of the data protection laws and the recommendations of the European Commission. WiredMinds is always up to date about new changes in the legislation and adapts the solutions to it regularly.
