WiredMinds Hosting Edition is the multi client version of WiredMinds 4.0, designed to enable Hosting Providers and ISPs to offer Web tracking services to their customers. WiredMinds Hosting Edition empowers Hosting Providers with a flexible, configurable, best of breed Web analytics product on which a multi-tier portfolio of services can be provided to SME clients. WiredMinds Hosting Edition is available in two different license models:

• Prepaid – WiredMinds Hosting Edition license to buy. The Hosting Provider purchases the right to use the Software and to provide Web tracking services to SME customers based on the WiredMinds End User License Agreement. With the purchase of a license The Hosting Provider acquires the software for a limited number of clients, defined as "concurrent users". This means that a client terminating the service agreement with The Hosting Provider frees up a licence for a new client. To create an attractive teaser offer The Hosting Provider may provide a free lower-tier service, as long as the number of free clients does not exceed 3 times the number of licensed paying clients.
  
  
• Shared – This is WiredMinds Hosting Edition as a "Revenue Share Model". After paying a basic annual fee and initial setup costs (lower cost than the pre-paid model), The Hosting Provider takes a share of the revenues generated by number of live, paying customers. The share is dependent upon the number of clients and the service offering each one uses. To create an attractive teaser offer The Hosting Provider may provide a free lower-tier service, as long as the number of free clients does not exceed 3 times the number of licensed paying clients.
